Please check the ‘Measurements’ guide found in the product description before placing an order.

14 days

Touch Press Studio accepts returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are still in new condition. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items. Items received after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a return.

Postage

Touch Press Studio does not cover return postage costs. Please use a tracked shipping method to ensure your item is insured against loss or damage. If you choose not to use tracked shipping, Touch Press Studio cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, the postage for the new item will be free of charge.

Please make sure you have the correct return address (below) and keep your postal receipt in case any issues arise with your return.
